Job Summary
Field Safety Coordinator monitors and inspects construction sites to ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to licensing ratios, codes, and specifications; interprets applicable state/city/municipality regulations related to licensing and ratio regulations; provides a daily report to leadership around licensing compliance; travels to construction sites within Arkansas; role requires safety focus, organization, and ability to implement solutions to maintain compliance.
Required Qualifications
- CHST certification is preferred
- 4+ years of experience as law enforcement, construction inspector, code enforcement, or trade license management preferred
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- MVR check will be required for Employment
- General knowledge of construction materials related to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- General knowledge of licensing requirements related to the mechanical trades and associated regulations and ratios
