Job Summary
The Field Safety Coordinator will conduct regular site safety audits and provide coaching and on-site training to ensure teams practice safe procedures in line with OSHA and company policies. Responsibilities include monitoring high-risk activities, investigating safety incidents, and evaluating health and safety procedures. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in safety roles within construction and communicate effectively across all personnel levels.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 510/500 preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of experience identifying safety hazards and implementing hazard controls on construction sites
- Strong communication skills that engage all levels of personnel in safety programs
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction site safety standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience creating and evaluating Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) and Pre-Task Plans (PTPs)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
