Job Summary
Bilingual Field Safety Advisor to lead Sunland Health and Safety Program in Denver. Role involves spending the majority of time in the field with Crews to improve safety, conducting safety meetings and training (OSHA 10/30, FA/CPR/AED), performing job-site safety surveys, documenting and communicating audit results and corrective actions, distributing safety reports to Corporate Office and Clients, implementing and maintaining safety programs (AHA/JHA/PTP), ensuring incident investigations and return-to-work processes, interfacing with insurers and regulatory agencies, and traveling to multiple sites (night/weekend travel may be required). Must be fluent in English and Spanish, hold OSHA 500 certification, and have or pursue CSP/CHST or similar certifications; valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual: English/Spanish fluent
- Current OSHA 500 Certification
- Familiarity with common business software
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Leadership & analytical skills
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills
- CSP, CHST or other safety-related certifications desired
- Valid Driver's License
