Job Summary
Assess and estimate damages on RVs, motorcycles, trailers, and commercial equipment for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims to ensure accurate and timely resolution. Negotiate settlements, make payments, and document activities in complex files while interpreting regulatory compliance and fair claims practices. Apply mastered policy interpretations to create comprehensive estimates and build relationships with internal and external customers. Support field operations across Raleigh, Burlington, and Greensboro, NC areas, with a focus on peer mentoring and technical expertise development.
Required Qualifications
- Active insurance license
- Must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding
- Must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment
- Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license
- Candidates must possess authorization to work in the United States
- Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
