Job Summary
Oversee daily roustabout operations, supervise field crews, and lead setup, operation, and tear-down of skid steers, telehandlers, and containment systems. Act as on-site manager to ensure work aligns with customer expectations, manage equipment usage, and enforce safety protocols. Communicate with clients, deliver safety training, and complete daily field tickets while estimating labor, materials, and scheduling needs. Identify efficiency improvements and implement cost controls to maintain high operational standards. Earn a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid in quarterly installments. Requires minimum two years of roustabout experience and three years of certified equipment operator certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of roustabout or oil & gas experience
- At least 3 years of certified equipment operator experience
- 3+ years of broader industry experience
- Safety or engineering coursework or certifications
- Strong knowledge of roustabout operations, containment construction, and system controls
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to submit accurate documentation using mobile devices
- Valid driver's license
