Job Summary
Oversee daily roustabout operations and lead setup, operation, and tear-down of skid steers, telehandlers, containment, and winterization systems for specific job accounts. Supervise, train, and mentor field crews while managing equipment usage, enforcing safety protocols, and delivering EH&S compliance training. Act as on-site manager to align work with orders and customer expectations, communicate with clients, and estimate project needs for labor, materials, and scheduling. Monitor equipment including heaters, light towers, and loaders; complete daily field tickets; and implement efficiency improvements and cost controls. Earn a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid in four quarterly payments. Requires minimum two years of roustabout or oil & gas experience, three years of certified equipment operator experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of roustabout or oil & gas experience
- At least 3 years of certified equipment operator experience
- 3+ years of broader industry experience
- Safety or engineering coursework or certifications
- Strong knowledge of roustabout operations, containment construction, and system controls
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to submit accurate documentation using mobile devices
- Valid driver's license
