Job Summary
Lead field floorplan audits across assigned territory; verify VIN/serial numbers for each floorplanned inventory, identify the disposition of missing inventory, review and authenticate dealer records and documentation related to sold, missing and damaged units, verify MSOs and titles, and record information in the Ai mobile audit application. Maintain ongoing communication with dealer personnel and client representatives regarding audit results and risk potential, while ensuring accuracy of inventory status. This field-based role requires independence, a strong work ethic, and the ability to travel overnight as needed. A High School diploma or GED is required, with two+ years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Two years or more of applicable experience in floorplan auditing, banking/financial services, automotive, customer service, field services or related industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Occasional travel/overnight travel may be required
- Basic computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
