Job Summary
The Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for managing the delivery of services and overseeing employee training within the region. Key responsibilities include coordinating staffing and scheduling, ensuring quality control through site visits, managing employee expenses for profitability, and conducting communication with customers and staff. This role requires prior supervisory experience and roofing knowledge, as well as strong organizational and planning skills. Candidates should have functional computer skills and an understanding of safety training and budgeting.
Required Qualifications
- Prior supervisory skills
- Prior roofing experience
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control
- Functional computer skills
- Understanding of budgeting and expense management
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred
- Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling
- Safety training and OSHA knowledge
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
