Job Summary
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and employee management within their region. Key responsibilities include coordinating staffing and scheduling, overseeing quality control, managing employee expenses, and ensuring professional communication and training for Field Resources Reps. Candidates should possess supervisory skills, roofing experience, project management knowledge, and safety training. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel for work are required.
Required Qualifications
- 30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed).
- Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks.
- Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills.
- Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining quality control.
- Functional computer skills.
- Safety training and OSHA knowledge.
- Understanding of budgeting and expense management.
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
