Job Summary
The WTI Field Resource Foreman manages the safety, efficiency, and quality of field service projects while maintaining safety protocols and communication with the WTI crew, Sales Representative, and customers. Responsibilities include conducting safety briefings, managing crew schedules, ensuring project compliance with specifications, conducting inspections, and completing necessary reports. Skills in roofing systems, project execution management, and OSHA certification are required, along with five years of relevant industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry
- Thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-slope roofing systems
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required
