Job Summary
The Field Resource Foreman oversees the safety, efficiency, and quality of field service business in the roofing industry, with a strong emphasis on safety management and crew oversight. Key responsibilities include conducting daily safety briefings, managing project communications, ensuring efficient project execution, conducting quality walk-throughs, managing inventory, and maintaining professional standards among field representatives. Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in the roofing industry and a 30-hour OSHA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- Thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
- Knowledge of metal and other steep-slope roofing systems and repair methods
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
