Job Summary

The WTI Field Resource Foreman oversees the safety, efficiency, and quality of field service operations and is responsible for conducting daily safety briefs, managing crew operations, ensuring effective communication among team members, and completing project management tasks. Key responsibilities include monitoring project schedules, quality control, inventory management, and managing Field Resource Reps. The position requires in-depth knowledge of various roofing systems, along with at least five years of industry experience. The role also necessitates a 30-hour OSHA certification and dependable transportation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • 30-hour OSHA certification.
  • Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Desired Qualifications

  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
