Job Summary

The Field Resource Foreman will oversee and ensure the safety, efficiency, and quality of field service operations in the roofing industry. Responsibilities include conducting daily safety briefings, managing crew communications and project efficiency, performing quality assurance checks on completed work, and overseeing inventory management. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience in roofing systems and a 30-hour OSHA certification. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills, have the ability to travel, and demonstrate effective communication and organizational capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
  • Thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-slope roofing systems.
  • 30-hour OSHA certification.

Desired Qualifications

  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
