Job Summary
The Field Resource Foreman oversees safety, efficiency, and quality in WTI field service operations, emphasizing safety in all project discussions and execution. Responsibilities include conducting daily safety briefs, managing crew communication and productivity, ensuring quality workmanship, tracking inventory, and addressing employee issues. The Foreman is also involved in project scheduling, time report corrections, and proposal submissions, requiring extensive roofing knowledge and experience.
Required Qualifications
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems, as well as steep-slope roofing systems
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry
