Job Summary

The WTI Field Resource Foreman oversees safety, efficiency, and quality of field service projects, leading the crew in safeguarding practices and effective project execution. Key responsibilities include conducting daily safety briefings, managing crew communications and schedules, conducting end-of-day project evaluations, monitoring inventory, providing project pricing, reviewing time reports, and ensuring professional customer interactions. The role requires a solid understanding of various roofing systems and experience in the field.

Required Qualifications

  • 30-hour OSHA certification
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry
  • Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Thorough knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and steep-slope roofing systems

Desired Qualifications

  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required
