The WTI Field Resource Foreman oversees safety, efficiency, and quality in field service projects. Responsibilities include conducting daily safety briefs, managing crew communication, and ensuring project execution aligns with customer specifications. The role requires monitoring project progress, ensuring tool availability, and conducting quality walk-throughs post-project. Candidates must possess 30-hour OSHA certification, five years in roofing, and familiarity with various roofing systems. The position demands effective crew management and interaction with clients, along with administrative tasks such as proposal submission and inventory tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • 30-hour OSHA certification
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry
  • Thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-slope roofing systems
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Desired Qualifications

  • Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred
  • Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays
  • Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed
