Job Summary
The Field Resource Foreman oversees safety, efficiency, and quality in the WTI field service business, ensuring timely service and risk management. They conduct onsite safety briefings, manage project communication and crew productivity, and perform end-of-day walk-throughs to ensure workmanship quality. The Foreman is responsible for inventory management, pricing proposals, and employee issue resolution. Candidates must have five years of roofing experience, knowledge of various roofing systems, and a 30-hour OSHA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
- 30-hour OSHA certification.
- Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
