Job Summary
The WTI Field Resource Foreman leads the safety, efficiency, and quality in WTI's field service operations. Responsibilities include conducting daily safety briefs, managing project communications, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, monitoring crew productivity, and maintaining customer relationships. Applicants should have at least five years in the roofing industry, familiarity with various roofing systems, and hold a 30-hour OSHA certification. Effective crew management, proposal pricing, and inventory tracking are essential duties. Ability to travel and work flexible hours is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed
