Job Summary
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for daily onsite safety briefings, project communication with Sales Rep and crew members, and efficient project management including crew management and ensuring project completion according to specifications. Duties include conducting daily safety inspections, managing crew performance, tracking inventory, reviewing pricing for field service projects, and submitting project documentation to supervisors. Applicants must have five years of experience in the commercial roofing industry and be familiar with different roofing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry.
- Thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems.
