Job Summary
The WTI Field Resource Foreman oversees the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business, conducting daily on-site safety briefs, managing crew productivity, and ensuring timely project completion. Responsibilities include project communication, inventory management, and quality control through end-of-day walk-throughs. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of roofing experience, a 30-hour OSHA certification, and the ability to manage crews and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-slope roofing systems
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required
