Field Reseacher-Dallas

Field Researchers canvass commercial properties in a defined geographic area (Dallas market) to collect tenant data, building characteristics, geo-location and other property information for CoStar Group. Responsibilities include navigating one-mile square grids, conducting floor-by-floor walkthroughs, communicating with building staff to access tenant rosters, identifying missing inventory and data gaps, and ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of collected information. Candidates should be able to stand/walk/sit for long periods, drive between sites, lift up to 5 pounds, and work independently with strong communication and data-entry skills. Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications is required, along with the ability to learn commercial real estate terminology and manage data across large geographic areas.
