Job Summary
Oversee construction contractor field labor forces to ensure timely and profitable project completion for the Owner. Manage day-to-day operations on assigned projects while maintaining direct control over facility running responsibilities. Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills alongside robust communication and client service capabilities. Requires Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific contract requirements. Required Qualifications
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Broad understanding of industry
- Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods on a variety of building types
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
