Job Summary
Oversee construction contractor field labor forces to ensure timely and profitable project completion for the Owner. Manage day-to-day field operations while maintaining direct control over project execution. Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills alongside robust communication and client service capabilities. Maintain familiarity with drawings, specifications, and project contract terms. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience, with at least three years of prior relevant work history. Full-time onsite role in Boston with a competitive salary range of $84,180 to $126,040 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Broad understanding of industry
- Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods on a variety of building types
- Bachelor's Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience
