Home Assessor role involves performing in-home baselevel inspections for residential energy-saving programs. Responsibilities include installing energy-saving measures (e.g., light bulbs, shower heads, aerators), discussing technical aspects of energy consumption (HVAC, lighting, air sealing), demonstrating strong time-management, maintaining company vehicles and documentation, and working in various weather conditions to inspect attics, basements, crawlspaces, and interior/exterior structures. Fleet vehicle provided; no cold calling or door knocking. Requires basic residential construction knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks and, where applicable, DOT-related requirements. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months – 1 year of customer service
