Field Remote Provider Engagement Specialist (Wake County, North Carolina)

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with provider offices to improve network performance and enhance provider satisfaction. Partner with providers on strategies to increase patient retention and growth while driving performance across key quality and utilization metrics. Conduct initial provider onboarding, offer education on Alignment tools and clinical programs, and serve as the single point of resolution for issues including prior authorizations and claims. Negotiate physician agreements, obtain credentials, and create training materials for provider in-service sessions. Document meeting minutes, maintain department databases, and submit weekly activity summaries. This role requires 80% or more travel by car, extended work hours as needed, and a valid driver's license.
