Field Reimbursement Manager - Neurology (Boston, MA)

Field Reimbursement Manager for Neurology in Boston, MA responsible for serving as a reimbursement and access expert across buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, and sites of care. Develop and execute account-specific access and reimbursement plans to support product launch, optimize site of care, and build reimbursement confidence with providers. Proactively educate accounts on patient support services and collaborate with Patient Services to support onboarding and treatment initiation. Partner with Sales, Account Directors, Medical, and cross-functional teams to align access strategy, remove barriers to therapy initiation, and ensure REMS communication and field execution. Support coordination between provider offices, specialty pharmacy, and infusion sites; guide healthcare professionals in resolving access challenges including prior authorizations, denials, appeals, and payer-site-of-care restrictions; adapt to evolving launch dynamics and payer policies; establish relationships with access champions to support ongoing therapy delivery. This role is onsite in Boston, MA.
