Job Summary
Field Reimbursement Manager serves as the expert liaison with HCP accounts to educate and assist on reimbursement pathways for KeeNova products (e.g., Xiaflex, Aveed, Testopel, SLA), manages patient access and Buy/Bill processes, troubleshoots reimbursement and coding issues with specialty pharmacies, supports account education on MARC resources, and collaborates with field sales, district leaders, and external partners to optimize payer coverage and patient access; requires strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and knowledge of Medicare, LCDs, and billing/coding practices in biologics.
Required Qualifications
- BS or equivalent, MBA or advanced degree ideal
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Specialty Pharmacy experience is critical
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize clinical literature and articulate value to payers and providers
