Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) - Upstate NY

Field Reimbursement Manager in Upstate NY responsible for optimizing patient access by addressing reimbursement barriers, developing reimbursement strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure drug accessibility across Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany. Will serve as a liaison between Field and Home Office, maintain updated knowledge of payer policies, train case managers and TAMs on reimbursement frameworks, and work with internal teams to address non-patient identifiable issues while advancing access goals. Requires strong experience in managed care/reimbursement, knowledge of payer environments (private and public payers preferred), and a proven track record of achieving access objectives in a pharma/biotech setting. Location-focused travel to multiple accounts and a willingness to work in a field-based role is expected.
