Field Reimbursement Manager- BAYK

Educate office staff on reimbursement challenges and available support services; manage reimbursement processes including benefit investigations, prior authorization, billing and coding updates, and claims submission; coordinate with physicians and provider offices, build provider/manufacturer databases, and generate routine reporting; perform on-site and virtual education sessions, with about 45 interactions per week, and maintain FRM CRM documentation and client-facing reporting; collaborate with stakeholders to align on resolutions and ensure appropriate patient access and payer communications across Medicare and Commercial coverage; monitor program performance via CRM dashboards and quarterly client reports; engage in outbound appointment setting and data collection for reimbursement research and provider profiles.
