Field Reimbursement Director

Job Summary
Execute the reimbursement strategy to ensure optimal product access and lead a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers. Drive tactical direction by hiring, motivating, and coaching staff to meet client goals, regional metrics, and service level requirements while maintaining fiscal responsibility and compliance. Participate in strategic meetings at client, national, regional, and local levels, then evaluate coaching and direct local business plans and presentations with managers. This role supports product access within targeted accounts for a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to improving patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum five years of experience as a Manager/first line leader with demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate, coach, lead and execute strategy
- Minimum two years of experience in public or private third party access arena or pharmaceutical industry managed care or patient support
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Gastroenterology, Rheumatology and/or Dermatology products
- Experience working with IDNs and Health Systems
- Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors, as well as Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems
