Job Summary
Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Provide case management and health education; coordinate with health care team to assess and plan patient care. Field/home-health nursing on the road with on-site (LA) locations. Requires active RN license and CPR certification; education: associate’s or bachelor's in nursing; 1–2 years of related experience. Day shift, on-the-road assignments in North Shore/Jefferson, LA.
