Job Summary
Field Recruiter responsible for building and sustaining partnerships with driving academies and schools within an assigned region, delivering customized recruiting materials, presenting Swift values, conducting on-site student interviews, and traveling 100% within the region to promote Swift as the employer of choice. Duties include developing relationships with school owners, instructors, and leaders; presenting at events; ensuring swift information is accessible at locations; and driving team-wide metrics and tracking to support recruitment objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in recruiting and/or outside sales
- Knowledge of the transportation industry preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Associates' degree in business or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
