Field Recruiter - Seasonal Opportunity

Meet with your team to brainstorm new ways to attract candidates and apply marketing skills to postings and social media to help the company stand apart. Use creative thinking to think outside the box while leveraging people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidates for open opportunities. Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to ensure new hires can start work immediately. Manage 40+ customers daily, assess and delegate tasks, and provide follow-up on orders and requests. This seasonal role in Lake Forest, CA, requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish and English skills, and ability to actively build a pipeline to impact order fulfillment.
