Job Summary
Independent recruiters travel within an assigned region to build and maintain relationships with driving academies and schools, delivering customized recruiting materials and presenting Swift positively at events. They conduct on-site interviews with students to determine fit, establish and strengthen relationships with school owners, instructors, and leaders, ensure current Swift information is available at locations, and help drive Swift as the employer of choice. The role requires 100% travel within the region, development of constructive partnerships, and adherence to team metrics. Requires 2 years of recruiting/outside sales experience, knowledge of the transportation industry preferred, a valid driver’s license, and an associate degree in business or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in recruiting and/or outside sales
- Knowledge of the transportation industry preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Associates' degree in business or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
