Job Summary
Field Recruiter to attract and onboard qualified CDL drivers in a process-driven, high-volume hiring environment. Responsibilities include outbound recruiting via SOP and Tenstreet, sourcing through Indeed/Tenstreet/LinkedIn, coordinating with Client Services and START teams, sending personalized outreach, and hosting job fairs. Also scheduling and conducting interviews, presenting candidates to the Ops team, managing driver files (VOE, drug screens, required screenings), and providing dispatch-support and retention activities. Requires prior recruiting experience and a collaborative, metric-driven mindset; knowledge of DOT systems is preferred. Benefits include base salary with monthly bonus potential, medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and parental leave.
Required Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience is required
- Knowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) systems is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow defined processes and maintain accuracy under deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance metrics
