Field Recruiter

Meet with your team to brainstorm new ways to attract candidates and apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community. Use creative thinking to stand apart and employ people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidates for our opportunities. Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get them to work while building a pipeline that impacts order fulfillment. Manage 40+ customers daily, assess and delegate tasks, and provide follow-up on orders and requests. This role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, bilingual Spanish and English skills, and VMS system familiarity.
