Job Summary
Conduct grassroots networking efforts in the local Smyrna, Tennessee community by posting flyers, attending weekend events, and engaging at church services, local fairs, and ESL classes. Meet and exceed weekly placement goals of 8-10 employees for General Labor, Warehouse, and Forklift roles by establishing candidate prospects and maintaining relationships with onsite management teams. Perform initial candidate contact, support post-employment retention, and assist with new hire orientations while entering data into the Applicant Tracking System. Requires bilingual Spanish skills, reliable transportation, and flexibility for potential overtime and client production floor visits.
Required Qualifications

- Flexibility with schedule, potential overtime, as determined by manager
- Ability to spend time on client production floor
- Employment contingent to successful completion of: criminal background, drug screening and pre-hire assessment
- Must be able to work in the US
