Job Summary
Conduct grassroots networking efforts in the Covington, Kentucky area by posting flyers, attending weekend community events, and establishing relationships with local markets. Execute local recruitment activities including church services, fairs, and ESL classes to build a candidate prospect list, followed by initial contact, continued engagement, and post-employment support to encourage retention. Meet weekly placement goals of 8-10 employees by entering candidates into the Applicant Tracking System and assisting onsite management with cultural identifiers and new hire orientations. Maintain bilingual communication skills and work flexible schedules that may include overtime and time on client production floors.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility with schedule, potential overtime, as determined by manager
- Ability to spend time on client production floor
- Employment contingent to successful completion of: criminal background, drug screening and pre-hire assessment
- Must be able to work in the US
