Job Summary
Field Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment of craft and construction professionals in Reston, VA; on-site role requiring travel, with focus on building pipelines, screening candidates, and partnering with field operations; bilingual Spanish/English preferred; duties include sourcing via job boards and events, networking with industry partners, coordinating onboarding, and tracking hiring metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred four-year college degree in Human Resources or business-related field
- At minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment
- High volume recruiting experience in Trades, Construction, and/or Professional Recruiting
- Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies that positively impact time to fill, quality of hire, and other recruiting metrics and outcomes
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
- Experience with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects is desired
- Highly motivated, independent drive, self-directed, and results driven to help the company achieve its aggressive staffing goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and under deadline-based requirements
