Job Summary
Recruit qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial positions by traveling throughout Ontario, Perris, Moreno Valley, and Riverside. Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community activities to build relationships with community organizations and referral partners. Conduct interviews, screen applicants, assist with onboarding, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process while meeting staffing deadlines. Represent the company professionally in the field. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
