Job Summary
Collect and analyze consumer feedback and market-specific problems from quality reporting systems to initiate corrective activities and improve product quality. Lead factory quality reporting for assigned areas, manage the return of defect components from the market, and organize detailed analyses to prepare reports. Support new product development through field testing and deploy quality improvement tools like FMEA and 8D with the market service organization. Collaborate across departments to identify best practices and ensure compliance with EMS and ISO standards. This role connects the Quality organization with the market and consumer service teams within Electrolux's BA NA Quality Central Team.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within Quality
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel in Europe to meet and visit consumer services, customers, and consumers

- Good practical understanding of product development
- Knowledge of components and product functionality (knowledge of possible defects of the products)
