Field Quality Engineer

Job Summary
As part of the North America NA Food Preparation Quality team, the Field Quality Engineer serves as a key link between the Voice of the Consumer and the broader Quality organization, translating real-world product performance insights into measurable quality improvements. You will partner with Customer Service, Sales, Manufacturing, and Product Development to identify issues, drive root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and influence future product design through input into New Product Introduction. You will own quality reporting for assigned product areas, manage return-to-factory processes for defective products, support field testing, develop service tools and training, and drive best practices across functions to embed improvements into product line quality strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field (or equivalent technical diploma with strong quality experience)
- 3+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or product engineering environments
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel – 10%
