Job Summary
Field Quality Engineer responsible for analyzing warranty claims to determine root causes and developing resolution plans; lead failure analysis including lab-based testing (visual, functional, electrical) and coordinate with external Failure Analysis resources; collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Sales to drive resolution of customer issues; create and maintain detailed job files in the SAP quality module (QN); travel to job sites to troubleshoot, validate failures, and collect critical field data; review/validate field labor claims and provide negotiation/approval support; drive continuous improvement by identifying trends and gaps from field and FA learnings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related)
