Job Summary
The Field Quality Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Signal Energy’s quality management for solar energy projects, overseeing quality assurance, inspections, non-conformance investigations, and training for project team members. Essential skills include technical knowledge of construction activities, strong problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in communication. Candidates are required to have a minimum of 1 year of relevant QA/QC experience and mandatory certifications including OSHA 10-hour, First Aid, CPR, and SWPPP Training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction QA/QC experience on large commercial, multi-disciplined, industrial, utility, civil, highway/road, high voltage electrical, solar, or wind energy projects
- OSHA 10-hour minimum
- First Aid
- CPR
- SWPPP Training
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in SWPPP and erosion control
- Proven auditing experience
- Working knowledge of ISO Quality standards
