Field Quality Coordinator

Coordinate and manage the quality program for solar energy projects, including roads, foundations, high voltage electrical works, and solar arrays. Support the Quality Manager and Project team in assessing work quality, tracking corrective actions, and managing audit, inspection, surveillance, and testing activities. Assist in investigating non-conformance issues, ensuring subcontractor compliance with quality policies, and providing training to project personnel. Maintain project quality records, review specifications, and communicate company procedures to all site personnel. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold, while adhering to safety regulations. This role requires a minimum of one year of construction QA/QC experience on large commercial or utility projects, proficiency in reading IFC drawings, and OSHA 10-hour certification. Candidates must be able to work independently under limited supervision and possess strong problem-solving skills.
