Job Summary
Document property conditions by visiting single-family homes to take detailed photos and provide notes on observed issues. Perform light maintenance tasks such as carrying ladders, replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters, and fixing door stops while maintaining confidentiality and professional customer service. Work independently following company guidelines, utilizing devices like iPads or iPhones for reporting, and transport a 4-ft. ladder in your own insured vehicle. You must hold a valid driver's license, maintain current auto insurance, and be listed as an insured driver on your policy. Drive up to 30 miles from your zip code and remain responsive to company communications throughout your shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Must be listed as an insured driver on the vehicle's insurance policy
- Own insured vehicle for work use
- Ability to transport a 4-ft. ladder in your vehicle
- Comfortable using ladders and basic tools
- Willingness to drive up to 30 miles from your zip code
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be responsive and maintain consistent communication with the company throughout the workday
