Job Summary
Investigate and evaluate onsite damage to prepare complete repair estimates, including accessing roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and basements. Handle moderate to complex claims independently from first notice of loss to final closure while coordinating vendors for emergency repairs and replacement services. Explain coverage of loss and assist policyholders with itemization of damages and additional living arrangements. Work in a vehicle daily within the Bothell, WA territory, occasionally handling desk assignments. Participate in a five-month training program with limited overnight travel.
