Required Qualifications
- Field property claims experience
- ability to inspect, evaluate, and estimate structural property losses
- investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve personal, commercial, and farm property claims
- interpret insurance policies, endorsements, and coverage provisions
- experience identifying and referring potentially fraudulent claims
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
- experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software
- experience handling farm property claims or agricultural structures (preferred)
- college degree (preferred)
- industry designations such as CPCU, AIC, SCLA (preferred)
