Job Summary
Field Property Claims Adjuster conducts virtual and on-site investigations by visiting policyholders’ residences to assess property damage, determine liability, evaluate loss, and negotiate fair settlements. Uses claims handling software, a company car, and a laptop to write estimates in a paperless environment; evaluates potential subrogation opportunities; reports incidents involving theft, fraud, or arson; interacts with policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, contractors, investigators, attorneys, and other professionals; requires strong customer service and communication skills; travel to and from policyholder homes in the Greater Fayetteville, AR area. Preferred construction or insurance experience and a W-2-appropriate background check are noted; valid driver’s license and bondability are required.
