Field Property Claims Adjuster: Cape Girardeau, MO

Field Property Claims Adjuster responsible for conducting virtual and on-site investigations by visiting policyholders’ residences to assess property damage, determine liability, evaluate the extent of loss, and negotiate fair settlements. Uses claims software, a company car, and a laptop to write estimates in a paperless environment; evaluates subrogation opportunities; reports incidents involving theft, fraud, or arson; interacts with policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, contractors, and investigators; travels as required (CAT deployments anticipated). Requires the ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and maintain strong customer service in field environments. Must reside in the Cape Girardeau, MO area.
